Talk Therapy

Not sure where to start with therapy? Talk Therapy may be for you.

Did you know that research has consistently shown that even if the clinician you see doesn't use an approach that follows a rigid protocol, if you feel comfortable to share whatever is troubling you and experience a sense of being heard, feeling empathy from the clinician, feeling a good relationship with the therapist and being at least a bit challenged

Sometimes we deeply need to talk and verbally process what's happening, or the sense of being able to leave it all with a counsellor, or someone to simply validate our experience while perhaps helping us challenge some of our perceptions. This is the most common kind of therapy, and often draws in pieces from other modalities as clinically relevant.

Talk Therapy can include elements of more structured therapy approaches.

...because it can always be better...
