Hello, I'm Fan
I help employees, executives, entrepreneurs, retirees, and people aged 50+ navigating the many transitions to continually build a life of hope and meaning.
When faced with the complex challenges of today's workplace and day-to-day life, competent and driven people can under the surface feel anxiety, inadequacy, or helplessness manifesting as an array of psychosomatic issues. Many of the struggles people seek support for resonate with me because of my own lived experiences of transition and adaptation, personally and professionally. I find people's willingness to be vulnerable and to trust humbling and inspiring!
The focus of our working together is to connect with your deeper needs and shift towards living a life that is meaningful to you independent of "toxic productivity." In this, I am entirely present to you, bearing compassionate witness to your pain and courage. I genuinely care about every person I work with and believe in the possibility before you, despite your struggles. We tap into your innate capacity to heal and grow through having meaningful conversations about what is right about you versus what is wrong, what you want to see happen and why it matters, and what internal resources you can draw on to achieve your desired outcomes. Together, we can see your envisioned future as a reality. I have seen this process bring out the best in people: a faith in their own ability to change even when it is hard, and a commitment to actions that move them forward. You can trust that I will be happy and proud of you as you move forward.
