Mindful Caregiving: Therapy for Families, Parents, Partners, and Adult Children of Aging Parents.

When a loved one is struggling with mental health, emotional regulation, chronic illness, or substance use, their pain affects the people who are doing their best to support them. Parents, partners, and adult children often experience chronic stress, emotional fatigue, and relationship strain as they try to provide ongoing support. Caregiving is an act of love AND a major risk factor to the relationship and to the caregiver's own wellbeing.

At Kayda Health, we know that supporting the care-givers, as well as the person directly struggling, is key to best outcomes for everyone.

Our team offers specialized evidence-based therapy as follows:

  • RCC Nafiseh helps families with neurodivergent or struggling children (aged 5+)

  • RCCs Nafiseh, Vanessa & Crina help teens/ families of teens facing issues

  • RCCs Vanessa, Crina, Maryam & Nafiseh help couples navigating dysregulation, infidelity, burnout, or communication issues

  • RCC Maryam helps adult children of aging parents (particularly with health concerns such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, etc.)
